Coorong Realty is a locally owned and operated real estate agency servicing the Coorong region, including Tailem Bend, Meningie, Wellington East and surrounding communities.

Established in 2016, Seymour Ventures Pty Ltd t/as Coorong Realty (RLA 318694) provides professional real estate services across residential, commercial and rural property sales, property management, holiday accommodation and serviced accommodation.

Kerry is the Principal and owner of Coorong Realty, bringing extensive experience in property development, business management and strategic planning.

Before entering real estate, Kerry spent more than 20 years as a Management Consultant, providing strategy, economic development, planning and grant development services to Government and non-Government organisations.

Her extensive background in commercial property development, leasing, marketing and project management provides clients with valuable insight across all areas of property.

Kerry holds qualifications in Management, Project Management, Real Estate and Education, combining professional expertise with a strong understanding of the Coorong community.

Adam Hurle

General Manager | RLA 312927

Adam works across both sales and property management throughout the Coorong region.

With qualifications as a Sales Agent, Auctioneer and Property Manager, Adam brings a diverse background spanning more than 20 years across retail, administration and finance.

His practical approach, strong communication skills and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients make him an integral part of the Coorong Realty team.

Nicki Fegen

Property Solutions Manager

Nicki joined Coorong Realty in 2018 and has developed a diverse role across holiday rentals, commercial property operations, property services and administration.

With a background as a Conveyancing Paralegal and a Diploma in Legal Studies, Nicki brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail and valuable industry knowledge to her role.

Her experience across multiple areas of the business allows her to provide practical solutions and support clients throughout their property journey.

Rachel Jeffery

Property Inspection Manager

Rachel assists the Coorong Realty team with property inspections and supports the ongoing management of our property portfolio.

Her attention to detail and commitment to providing a high standard of service helps ensure properties are well maintained and owners and tenants receive reliable support throughout their property journey.

Trent Kenyon

Property Services Manager

Trent supports Coorong Realty’s property management services by overseeing property maintenance and assisting with repairs across our managed portfolio.

With a practical, hands-on approach, Trent helps ensure properties are well maintained and issues are resolved efficiently, providing valuable support to property owners and tenants.
