INTRODUCING OUR NEW PROPERTY MANAGER
Now that the dust has settled, we are making a number of changes. We are expanding our team and our experience. First up, we are excited to announce your new Property Solutions Manager, Bec Thrussell. Bec will be hands on and overseeing the entire Residential Rental portfolio.
Bec has 11 + years in the real estate industry and has been a Property Manager for 7 years at a busy franchised office. Bec is a licensed Property Manager, meaning she is well equipped with all aspects of your investment property including the perfect tenant selection, maintenance, legislation, and the myriad of other components to letting your property. Bec knows success.
She was awarded Best Talent and was an integral part of her office achieving the number 1 Property Management office for the franchise in 2019 and 2020.
Bec is relocating to live locally in the Region to join her partner, Scott.
With Bec’s knowledge, skills, and friendly outgoing demeanor she is ready to hit the ground running when she joins us in October. We can’t wait for you to experience Bec’s enthusiasm at our meet and greet night. More details soon.

TRACEY'S MORNING TEA
Secondly, many of our Holiday Rental landlords would have spoken to the lovely Tracey Seymour over the past 10 months. Last week, we held a morning tea for Tracey’s last day with us and to thank her for her efforts in the Holiday Rental portfolio.

And, last but not least, in April we introduced Tiarnie Ling to our team. Tiarnie is learning all things digital and marketing. Since Tiarnies arrival we have increased our web, social and email marketing efforts. These efforts will, over the long term, increase our digital traffic and provide us all with more cost-effective marketing services. Watch this space!
